Yes, we ship all over the United States from our warehouse located in Florida. If the item you purchased we do not have it in stock we will immediately send it from our headquarters in Ecuador (Southamerica). IDo not worry it will only take 2 more days.
All of our products are shipped out from our warehouse in Florida and Ecuador. Since you place your order, please allow 4-7 days for delivery to your address anywhere in the US. You will receive an automatic email with your tracking number in one of our partner carriers.

Alcatraz Swimwear was founded by the Colombian mother-daughter duo, Maria Salazar Nicholls and Juliana Rodriguez Salazar in 2014. We are proud to tell you our CEO and owner designs all of our masterpieces! Juliana has a broad knowledge and experience when it comes to be creative. She studied in Colombia and finished her career in Ecuador. She graduated as a Fashion Designer and did her masters degree in the University of London.
There would not be a better person than Juliana to create your beautiful products and that is why our prints and designs you will not be able to find it anywhere else!
Yes, you can! We are aware the normally we don’t always have the same size on the top and bottom part, so you can select the size you want in your bottom and the size you want in your top to ensure a perfect fit!

We accept returns within 5 days after you receive your order. All label tags, and hygiene stickers must be on place and intact to be accepted as a return. All pieces must be returned in an unworn condition. All pieces must be returned in its original packaging Please note, that unfortunately we do not cover shipping costs of the return or exchange. Exchanges will take please in the next 5-10 days after we receive the returned pieces. Refunds will take place within the 10-15 business days after we receive the return pieces.
Taxes will be calculated in your checkout page depending on what state you are located so everything is according to the law. You do not have to pay any extra fees as we are already paying for your express shipping in all orders. WE HATE HIDDEN FEES AS MUCH AS YOU DO!
